Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using any part of the Azraas Institute of Information Technology website or purchasing any course available on our platform. By accessing our website at azraastech.online, creating an account, or enrolling in any course, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform or purchase any of our courses.
1. About Us
Azraas Institute of Information Technology (referred to as “AIIT,”) is an online educational platform that offers courses in information technology and related fields. Our platform also hosts courses created and sold by independent instructors and tutors (referred to as “Tutors” or “Instructors”) whose content meets our quality and subject matter guidelines.

2. Definitions
Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
“Platform” refers to the AIIT website, including all pages, features, content, and services available at azraastech.online.
“User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether or not they have created an account.
“Student” refers to any User who has enrolled in one or more courses on the Platform.
“Tutor” or “Instructor” refers to any individual or organisation that has been approved by AIIT to create and sell courses on the Platform.
“Course” refers to any educational programme, module, video series, or learning material available for purchase or access on the Platform.
“Content” refers to all materials within a Course, including videos, text, audio, downloadable files, quizzes, assignments, and any other learning resources.
“Account” refers to the registered profile created by a User on the Platform.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
3.1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and purchase courses on the Platform. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3.2 Account Information
When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account details and for updating them promptly if anything changes.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@azraastech.online if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. AIIT will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
3.4 One Account Per Person
Each individual is permitted to maintain only one personal account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent any restrictions, access removed content, or abuse promotional offers is a violation of these Terms and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
4. Course Purchases and Payments
4.1 Pricing
Course prices are displayed in the currency shown on the Platform at the time of purchase. AIIT reserves the right to change course prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. By purchasing a course, you authorise AIIT or its payment partners to charge the applicable fee to your selected payment method. AIIT does not store your full payment card details.
4.3 Taxes and Fees
Prices displayed may be exclusive of applicable taxes. Any taxes, duties, or transaction fees applicable to your purchase will be clearly indicated at checkout and are your responsibility as the purchaser.
4.4 Access Upon Payment
Access to purchased course content will be granted upon successful confirmation of payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, AIIT reserves the right to suspend or remove your access to the relevant course immediately.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Eligibility for Refunds
AIIT offers a refund on course purchases under the following conditions:
A refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date. You must not have completed more than 20% of the course content at the time of your refund request. Refund requests submitted after the 7-day window or after the 20% completion threshold will not be eligible for a refund.
5.2 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@azraastech.online with your order details and the reason for your request. We aim to process all eligible refund requests within 10 business days.
5.3 Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances: courses purchased as part of a promotional bundle or at a discounted rate where the promotion explicitly stated no refunds; courses where a certificate of completion has already been issued; and courses that were provided as free or complimentary access.
5.4 Tutor Courses
For courses sold by third-party Tutors on our Platform, the refund policy outlined above applies equally. Refund requests for Tutor courses are administered by AIIT and not directly by the Tutor.
6. Intellectual Property and Course Content
6.1 AIIT Owned Content
All course content created by AIIT, including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, quizzes, and course structures, is the intellectual property of AIIT and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view AIIT course content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
6.2 Tutor Content
Course content created by Tutors remains the intellectual property of the respective Tutor. By publishing content on the Platform, Tutors grant AIIT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute, and promote their course content on the Platform.
6.3 Prohibited Uses
You may not, under any circumstances: download, copy, reproduce, redistribute, transmit, broadcast, or resell any course content without explicit written permission from AIIT or the relevant Tutor; use course content for commercial purposes; share your account credentials to allow others to access paid content; or use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Platform.
Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to legal liability.
7. Student Conduct
By using the Platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a respectful and lawful manner at all times. You agree that you will not:
Post, share, or transmit any content that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, obscene, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or any other user’s account; use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law; submit false or misleading reviews or ratings; or engage in any conduct that disrupts or interferes with the proper operation of the Platform.
AIIT reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards and to suspend or terminate the accounts of users who engage in prohibited conduct.
8. Tutor Terms
This section applies specifically to individuals and organisations who apply to sell courses on the AIIT Platform.
8.1 Approval Process
All Tutors must apply for and receive written approval from AIIT before listing any course on the Platform. AIIT reserves the right to approve or reject any Tutor application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons.
8.2 Content Standards
Tutors agree that all course content submitted to the Platform will: be accurate, current, and of reasonable educational quality; relate to information technology, digital skills, or adjacent subject areas consistent with AIIT’s educational mission; not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party; not contain any content that is illegal, harmful, misleading, or inappropriate; and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
AIIT reserves the right to review, edit, or remove any Tutor course or content that does not meet these standards, at any time and without prior notice to the Tutor.
8.3 Revenue Share
Tutors will receive a percentage of the net revenue generated from the sale of their courses, as agreed in the separate Tutor Agreement signed upon approval. AIIT retains the right to adjust the revenue share structure with reasonable notice to Tutors. Tutor payments are processed on a monthly basis, subject to meeting any minimum threshold specified in the Tutor Agreement.
8.4 Tutor Responsibilities
Tutors are responsible for ensuring that their course content remains accurate and up to date. Tutors agree to respond promptly to reasonable requests from AIIT regarding their courses. Tutors are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their earnings on the Platform.
8.5 Tutor Conduct
Tutors agree not to direct students away from the Platform to purchase the same or similar content elsewhere, offer the same course content at a lower price on their own channels without prior agreement from AIIT, or engage in any conduct that undermines the interests or reputation of AIIT.
8.6 Termination of Tutor Status
AIIT may suspend or permanently remove a Tutor from the Platform if the Tutor breaches any provision of these Terms or the Tutor Agreement, receives consistently poor student reviews, or engages in conduct that AIIT determines is harmful to its students, reputation, or business.
Upon termination of Tutor status, existing students who have enrolled in the Tutor’s courses will retain access to the content they have purchased, unless the content is removed for legal or compliance reasons.
9. Certificates of Completion
9.1 Issuance
AIIT issues digital certificates of completion to Students who successfully complete the requirements of eligible courses. Completion requirements vary by course and are clearly stated within each course.
9.2 Validity
Certificates issued by AIIT represent the completion of an educational programme on our Platform. They are not equivalent to formal academic qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise. AIIT makes no warranty regarding the recognition of its certificates by any employer, institution, or regulatory body.
9.3 Accuracy
Students are responsible for ensuring that the name on their account profile is accurate before completing a course, as this name will appear on the certificate. AIIT is not obligated to reissue certificates due to errors in the name provided by the Student.
10. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy matters to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at azraastech.online/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Third-Party Links and Services
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience only. AIIT does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any content, products, or services offered by third parties. Your use of any third-party website or service is at your own risk and subject to that party’s own terms and conditions.
12. Platform Availability and Modifications
12.1 Availability
AIIT makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the Platform is available and functioning at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for any downtime, technical errors, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to server failures, internet outages, or acts of God.
12.2 Modifications
AIIT reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We may also update, add to, or remove course content from time to time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes that affect their purchased courses.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
13.1 Educational Purpose
All courses on the Platform are provided for educational purposes only. AIIT does not guarantee that completion of any course will result in employment, professional certification, or any specific outcome. Career and employment results depend on many factors outside AIIT’s control.
13.2 No Warranty
The Platform and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
13.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIIT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, even if AIIT has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
AIIT’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AIIT in the twelve months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIIT, its directors, employees, agents, Tutors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
15. Termination
AIIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to other users, Tutors, or AIIT.
Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Platform and any purchased content will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply after termination, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
If you are accessing the Platform from outside Nigeria, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
17. Changes to These Terms
AIIT reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will indicate the date on which they were last revised.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account deletion by contacting us at support@azraastech.online.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional agreements you enter into with AIIT (such as the Tutor Agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and AIIT with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications on the same subject matter.
